STATE TERROR : Ex-Files

Dear virtuals hope you are all doing well in your respective civilized progressive countries. I here by squeeze another chance to go on implicitly and explicitly substantiate my above claims as to the nature of terror perpetuated by divide state agencies getting instructions from divided executives. First and foremost I would like to clarify to you the governmental context in which such heinous terror activities thrive with impunity. You see Kenya is governed like a mafia-police state { I'll explain that in my future editions }. After the post elections violence of 2007, the country was salvaged by the group of elites courtesy of The International Community led by The Honorable Koffi Annan. The former Sec. Gen. of The UN had or rather was forced to share the electoral spoils between the winner and the dissatisfied complainant whose hooligans were causing mayhem demanding justice of their rights on behalf of the p.m. regarding the alleged stolen elections. Thus a coalition government was formed pitting The Party of National Unity { P.N.U. } against The Orange Democratic Movement, { O.D.M }. This was a move meant to appease the unquenchable thirst the O.D.M chief to occupy state house, cause the constitution of Kenya has no portfolio for The Office of The Prime Minister. Thus, the move was to meant to accommodate the wild emotions the "special chief of O.D.M." Thus with the coalition government framework in place was the need deemed apt to create an office of The Prime Minister so that the O.D.M. chief could have a role in the executive affairs of governing the country.It did not stop there for then the tug-of-war began with this mummified relic of a party-chief of the dark ice mammoth-Jurassic ages demanded that the winning presidential P.N.U. divide all government posts right from the ministerial portfolios to all the civil service jobs along the pecking order up to the village elders, not to mention office cleaners and messengers. That is what put The Republic in the current whereby one arm of the government appears to do what the other arm ain't aware of. P.N.U. and O.D.M. have always been at logger heads ever since with each party claiming executive authority on matters / issues national and international. I would like to remind the global audience that the p.m.'s approach to government is quiet fallacious cause he goes with the tribal-ethnic-cultural mentality syndrome of the " it's our time to eat " in-fame. For example he tortured and caused great trauma even amongst his own tribal-ethnic backyard when his extremist adherents went around / about one Nyatike Constituency torching/setting on fire grass-thatched mud/dung-walled round and square huts of the constituents whose crime was to exercise their hard-earned democratic freedoms / rights of voting along ideologies, manifestos and policies oriented issues rather than basing votes on personalities and personality-cults. The constituents of Nyatike became Internally Displaced Persons to date and some of them are now refugees in neighboring Uganda to date just like the other I.D.P.'s in/and outside the country. I would like to mention as well that the aforementioned Sherman-witchdoctor who doubles as one of the p.m.'s medium/oracle consultants had the courtesy to introduce to me one of the p.m.'s body guards which goes on to implicate the person of this "special chief of O.D.M.". The proud Sherman-witch doctor went further-on to profess to me his powers and influence over the psychology and mentality of the very many leaders he claimed consulted him besides the p.m., being reason why he could easily afford to drive a fuel guzzler, his Mercedes Benz. The powerful Sherman-witchdoctor showed me his passport which verified the claims that he wield so much power he's had to be referred/hired abroad in German for his superstitious services. Ironically , I would like to mention as well that the Mombasa municipal officer assigned to deport me to migori had the pleasure to introduce me to his brother working with The Kenya Navy at the barracks where I was mugged twice and robed of phones so as to render me incommunicado.The Marine brother didn't hesitate to gesture/signal me by coercion inflating his body and muscles whenever around me before bidding us farewell at a bus station before we departed insinuating that they were the presumed perpetrators of those atrocities acted upon me within The Navy jurisdiction. It still didn't escape my notice that the p.m. is a major share-holder of the grain bulk handling company I was working for when these muggings took place. I now nursing my right arm which is developing a limp-numb disposition after the accident I got while escorting the municipal council officer assigned to deport me to the p.m.'s stronghold home turf of migori and the conspiratorial power that be wont let me access my medical examination report which the unethical nurse in charge claims to have torn to pieces which in turn makes me gather that there is an eminent plan to "doctor" the report while they smoothly buy time.
