Dear Sir / Madam, The Incharge of Crime clarified that
despite having been party to the deliberations when the sly Asst.
Chief came to her Office she wasn't the one handling or assigned my
case & asked me where or with whom I'd booked my charges before I
narated to her that my most recent charges had been forwaded to the
OCS given I'd at one time left a copy of my draft-file of the 14OBs
interconnected to my latest charges to the OCS then on behalf of
Migori Police Station. She explained she'd only asked the other
gentleman cop to check my case as a measure of facilitation given the
OCS was absent then. Thus did I see the OCS next door whom I briefed
before he queried my residential village which I answered Chamkombe
before he then again instructed me to go back to the Asst. Chief & ask
him to call him. I requested to do so tomorrow morn. since the latter
would've closed office which he affirmed. Thus I pray your
civilized-interventions to realize the observations of the due process
of the PTO
