for prudency to the due observation of the process of the majestic
equality of the law in letter & spirit to its logical conclusion as
regards bureaucracy and the summons of the Village-Elder to the OCS
Migori tomorrow in the morn. in relation to my recent charge of
'hunger-torture & incestuous and homosexual-harassment' against the

closed today when I arrived around 1515hrs & waited till 1615hrs
before I trekked back. Along the way I noticed a signboard reading
Migori was 5km & Isebania 27km away ; thus I guess I musta confused
the distances with another signboard btw Chamkombe & Migori saying a
certain gas station was 5km away of which there are several before you
reach Migori town. Chamkombe lies btw so it's appr. 3km from either
