Hi everybody.Let me quickly explain to you the circumstances under which I was assaulted before I make a rush to fill you-in with the back-logs.So this is how the final Complaints-File lodged with The Office of The DPP looks like : Dear Sir / Madam, I Erick Otieno Mango aged thirty-six years old has a case saga spanning the last eight years and which has now culminated into two latest sub-cases condensed into : [1.]-Causing disturbance reported as assault at The Migori Police Station; O.B. 38 /16/2/2014 and [2.]-Threat to life O.B. 37 /21/05/2014. The above "assault" and threat to life cases primarily derive from a cultural conflict whereby the parents of my siblings have been trying to coerce and force me into their "married but gay" lifestyle with homosexual harrassment from the male parent and incestuous sexual harassment from the female parent akin to the recent case going on at The Mkadar Law Courts Nairobi between a Pastor and her two daughters one of whom he ended-up impregnanting successfully. Many other such incestuous sexual crimes / offences are recorded in The Kenyan press as your offices would be readily cognizant of.The Chamkombe Chief one Mr. Amara and The Migori cops decline taking statements from the reported sex pervet criminals decrying lack of substancial evidence due to lack of willing wittnesses.In one instance I took The Chief to task asking him whether since I could not get successfully impregnanted ,that should I wait for the physical tangible evidence of "sperm" to prove my case?There are only three of us in that house of the parents of my siblings with the rest of the siblings in Nairobi and Mombasa. Now interestingly enough the case has been inevitably brought forward to your offices because as The Migori cops operate their investigations,it becomes again inevitable not to mention Raila [the head of O.D.M.] and by extension Uhuru [ the current occupant of of The Highest office on land and suspect of crimes against humanity and atrocities at The ICC ] given that the the genesis of the reported latest condensed sub-cases accrues from the larger case-saga deriving from the Mombasa deportation for purposes of "removing that something /jinn" by a witch-doctor which leads to an accident the following day which has kept me waiting for the compensation proceeds to date of which as a result the assault [ causing disturbance as corrected by a Migori Judiciary staff ] and the threat to my life.The accident case : [3.]-was reported at The Migori Police Station ; O.B. 28 /14/06//2012 and later re-modified to ; O.B. 12 /17/9/2012. Thus have I decided to preempt the status-quo of the constant-continuum with regards to all the above cases for I am crying for justice and would like the law to be let to take its course at least as stipulated in the "new constitutional dispensation order" in letter and spirit as demonstrated in The Judiciary Marches Week countrywide.This is after exhausting all the preliminary legal channels to no avail including fisrt of all alerting relatives before reporting to The Migori Police Station when ambushed and threatened with death in the first two cases mentioned above.Hence going by the advice of The Migori Judiciary staff have I decided to adjoin and engage your offices including : [1.]-The office of The Attorney General, [2.]-The office of The Director of Public Prosecution and [3.]-The office of The State Counsel. Otherwise the status-quo will prevail at my torturous/abusive emotional and psychological expense not to mention the pyhsical threat to my life by machete-hacking or food poisoning.Indeed regarding the long overdue accident case,I communicated to the L.S.K. nad The Judiciary who told me to wait promising to communicate back to me in due course. I have not been able to raise the required amounts and indeed have been left with the only alternative of having to wait for my Accident Victim Compensation Case to proceed with the unresolved cases. I subsequently referred the case to Owade and Company Advocates and Commissioner for Oaths situated in Migori County.Up to the end of last year December 2013, we'd managed to fill-in the prerequisite medical examination report.police P3 forms,X-ray radiography report e.t.c.All that remains is the towing of the said canter for the traffic police abstract forms.The base traffic commander and and the office assigned the case left us with the notice to stay vigilante and report the canter for towing once we sight it.It was traced to Rongo by 1 of the legal assistants and the matter rested there. This is where the bone of contention arises for the legal assistants now say the case has hit a snag,has collapsed,is closed since it is proving quiet difficult to impound the canter vehicle above.Thus I take this opportunity to to beseech your office to intervene and help us including Owade and Co. Advocates and/or the traffic police to impound this vehicle since I have not spotted it all this time for one and secondly the accident affected my right knee-cap which makes me limp if I walk long distance and last but not least ,since Owade and Co. Advocates have surreptitiously as well asked me to pay them back their file charges as well as service fees incurred so far in various technicalities before the file can be transferred to another party for purposes of continuing the accident case proceedings should the status-quo prevail.Hence in regard to that I wonder whether your office would kindly arrange for Owade and Co. I spent many nights in his rented-house [for his teacher-wife took care of the family and its Real-Estate biz at their up-country Kakamega ancestral lands home] and that's when one of those fine days he handed-me a novel by Nobel Laureate The Late Professor Wangari Maathai of The Green Belt Movement called ......... UNBOWED. This book is an eye-opener to the on-goings on and workings-out of/at The U.o.N.,Queens-College patronized by The Government of Kenya/The Establishment whereby the peculiar instance takes place when Prof. Wangari Maathai come back from I think what was her PhD studies abroad in German to come work at The U.o.N. in a post she'd applied for and even got interviewed for and not forgetting having gone through all the prerequisite protocol;imagine operating to and from abroad after being short-listed and appointed for the post.Imagine she undertook all the effort of transferring her life from overseas to settle in Nairobi in preparation for assuming her roles and duties at her new Post/Office at The U.o.N. only to be told [rd: X-FILES] something to the extent that there are no records showing any short-listings,appointment letters or any interviews whatsoever and that in fact somebody else had already been appointed to that Office. Now the interesting thing is that as I was on my 3rd/4th day of chopping the novel, Ras Emanuel shocked me to the core one of those fine days when he surprised me by asking me whether/if I knew how the novel would end/was going to end........but with a quizzical twinkle in the eye and a tone and a sense of "deja-vu" like he was telling me that my life had been overtaken by events and that I was under a kind of spotlight surveillance around the clock [rd: CLEAR JUBILEE-BUILDING SCRIPT/PROGRAM ME.]Prof. Wangari Maathai was reinstated later to more or less another post as the book illustrates but the cold-shoulder treatment was a shocker she or anybody else would have ever thought possible or expect.THIS SHOWCASES the extent of the ROT of ETHICS and MORALS in observing the disciplines of PROFESSIONALISM and PERFORMANCE as is exemplified in the CORRUPTION,lack of the ideals of TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY,cheating and the short-changing/deals culture that is deeply-rooted in The U.o.N. This set the marking for the start of the PERSECUTION of Prof. Wangari by The Est./Gov. of Kenya. who played politics with her at The Queens-College under their Hawk-Eye Patronage. In the book UNBOWED,The Late Prof. Wangari and Nobel Laureate went-on to have sour cold-shoulder relations with The Est./Gov. of Kenya.It is a sorrowful pity that once The Est./Gov. of Kenya EAR-MARKS one and TARGETS THEM putting them on a RED-HERRING/RED ALERT/SPOTLIGHT,surrounding them around the clock as the case may be,then be sure that many a cyclic-repeat patterns of JAIL/REMAND-CELL and POLITICAL-PERSECUTION will be due to follow,COVERTLY,SUBVERT or insultingly in the glare of The Civilized World and The Civil Society. the horrors that The Late Nobel Laureate Prof. Wangari was put through and made to undergo exceed the limits of Humanity as far as Human Rights and Crimes against Humanity goes for she was battered by the cops many a times and even had the cruelty of her plaited locks being pulled- off from her head.Prof. Wangari Maathai and Senator James Orengo were some of the politically active parliamentarians when it came to student activism and agitation at The U.o.N. while the persecution of Wangari started later after postgraduate studies,those of Senator James Orengo and Senator Omar Hassan were targeted and pursued during and as early as their student days as the did their undergraduates. I don't understand why The Late Nobel Laureate Prof. Wangari Maathai, a first in Kenya and these sides,South of The Sahara and North of The River Limpopo was dismissed even before relocation and transfer to Kenya;given the way overseas Universities are valued for their cutting-edge technology, expertise and know-how vis-a-vis the apparent vacuum of the same and the brain-drain back home that the same overseas countries are affecting in our under-developed / exploited third-world countries.Prof. Wangari was a pearl deserving accolades and a standing-ovation reception. In the arrests and detentions The Est./Gov. of Kenya treated her like aide-De-camp Muthoni.Was it because she she was an environmentalist at heart and that her Green Belt Movement fighting for the preservation and conservation of natural ecosystems was touching wrongly and brushing shoulder wrongly with The Est./Gov. of Kenya on the SENSITIVE/EXPLOSIVE issue of "LAND," one of the chief reasons of The Mau-Mau Jah- Rastafarian-ism Uprising which led to The Emergency and the consequent surrender/silver-platter short-changing deal? That the preservation and conservation of Ecosystems she was agitating and fighting for sat on hundreds-of-thousands if not millions-of-acres of land that The Est./Gov of Kenya, Kenya African Billy-Goat Animal Farm species turn-coats/ betrayers ,Absentee Landlords,land-grabbers High-way robbers, had vested interests-in.But that was far-fetched unless she came with a program me-at-hand in mind which somebody else knew before-hand and betrayed her.Otherwise after the "novel-peculiarity" why would comrade Ras Emanuel look-at-me with a STARTLED-UP FACE/LOOK every time I greeted her with like "Hi, how's the program-me doing/going so far?" Hi everybody.Now that I have declared publicly that I am an atheist as far as religion goes;and that instead I am a Fan and Enthusiast of Jah -Faith a.k.a. Rastafarian-ism;I would like to get done with this issue of "god and faith" once and for all given that it is one of the main reasons that I am being haunted by The Establishment / The Government of Kenya represented by the duo of Uhuru and Raila and their career body-guards, not to mention this-Raila extended family of "Emi-Ema-Emanuel-Benjamin" before going to pick-up where I'd left to do with Ema,Ikenya and I. Well, I would like to begin by stating that I think there's a concerted effort on the part "The Establishment / The Government of Kenya" to erase and sink into the dustbin of history the "Heritage-of-Kenya" that we Kenyans and The Republic of Kenya owe, first and foremost the whole of our sovereignty,the sovereignty of The "State-of-Kenya" to none other than The "Mau-Mau,Buffalo-Soldier,Rasta-man and Rasta-woman" The Liberator,The Redeemer,The Freedom-Fighter,The Bongo-man,The Natty-Gongo: Led by Field-Marshal Dedan Kimathi [who's statue was erected almost 50years after The Self-Rule / Governance, Independence and Land Reclamation he delivered and was killed for after betrayal by home-guards and turn-coats,]and General Mathenge and General China and aide-De-camp The Muthonis.
