I went to Alliance Francaise with Congolese students who were just in for the sake of a Kenyan certificate so they could access job market regulations for illegal immigrants,not because they were strangers to French Language.My French lot in Mombasa were the last to do the 1year diploma course before Alliance Francaise reduced the diploma requirement to 6months.French was a hobby subject to me not to mention the romantic grammar nor the automatic brick-building conjugation.Was shocked when I saw I was awarded a "sans mention" and worse not only me but the whole class of around students including the 2 or 3 Congolese students one who went on further to study law in Belgium of course in French,one Monsieur Douglas.So I gathered either the exams notice board was cooked to buy time but now with hindsight everybody can see the hands of Raila and Uhuru.I did the grammar and comprehension tests at Alliance Francaise de Nairobi and the orals at Mombasa and believe it or not a student at the exams in Nairobi asked me the most simple query of a passe-compose of a verb of the 1st group.Course I gave it to her hiding my surprise but I knew we the Mombasa students were going to have a field day.The reverse occurred. In the arrests and detentions The Est./Gov. of Kenya treated her like aide-De-camp Muthoni.Was it because she she was an environmentalist at heart and that her Green Belt Movement fighting for the preservation and conservation of natural ecosystems was touching wrongly and brushing shoulder wrongly with The Est./Gov. of Kenya on the SENSITIVE/EXPLOSIVE issue of "LAND," one of the chief reasons of The Mau-Mau Jah- Rastafarian-ism Uprising which led to The Emergency and the consequent surrender/silver-platter short-changing deal? I also take this opportunity to praise The Queen of England for another thing, and that is to universally propagate to consciousness and awareness the fact that "God is Man" by breaking from the initially imposed "STATE-EMPIRE RELIGION" of Roman-Catholicism and beginning her version of The Anglican-Church according to English- monarchy where she doubles-up as Head-of-State while at the same time serving as Head of The Anglican-Church Empire world-wide.giving The Vatican and The Pope a run for their money and ingenuity. Speaking of The Pope and The Vatican v. "god and faith," I would like to take everybody down memory-lane and remind them that it is not very long ago when the whole world BELIEVED as posed/imposed by EMPIRE-STATE-RELIGION [rd: SHARIA] that The Sun rose from The East going over an arc across The Great Heavens,supposedly The abode of The Good Lord up above to SET in The West.That this observation was put to Scientific test and correction by one Galileo-Galileo who almost had his head chopped-off under orders of The Vatican for allegedly committing the abominable sin of blasphemy in exploring religious dogmas.It is also a fact that The Vatican is The Head-Quarters of The Roman-Catholicism STATE-RELIGION-EMPIRE with its own Army,currency,secret service,scientists and Constitutional-Law [rd:SHARIA.] Hence My Learned Lords and Ladies, Members of The Bench and Members of The Bar,Senior Counsel,Distinguished Guests and The Public at Large,I take this chance to put it equivocally that the duo of Uhuru and Raila have their guns leveled at me.That this duo of Uhuru and Raila,The Kenya African Billy-Goat Animal-Farm species a.k.a. Solo [He also died from treatment-complications and thus May His Soul Rest in Peace] whom we gathered/collected-together with in the evenings at The U.o.N play fields/grounds to play football and spliff as well as take-on a spiritual-nourishment while philosophizing about issues to do with "African-Consciousness and Pan-African-ism" and themes themes revolving around "Exodus......as a Rastafarian Reggae-Band-Wagon" Movement from subjugation to Emancipation.For your information The University of Nairobi begun as a Constituent-College called "Queens-College" before it became a fully-fledged University. Prosecuting Raila: Ex-Treason Convict and Serial Ritual Psychopath Murderer.

Hi everybody.Would like to give you a copy of the developments as regards my Accident Victim Compensation Case;a copy of the letter I wrote to The Office of The Director of Public Prosecutions to the devolved Migori-County Office, then allow you to gauge the apparent covert plans of the Raila community to Clear me from the planet earth with time. The above "assault" and threat to life cases primarily derive from a cultural conflict whereby the parents of my siblings have been trying to coerce and force me into their "married but gay" lifestyle with homosexual harassment from the male parent and incestuous sexual harassment from the female parent akin to the recent case going on at The Makadara Law Courts Nairobi between a Pastor and her two daughters one of whom he ended-up impregnating successfully. Many other such incestuous sexual crimes / offenses are recorded in The Kenyan press as your offices would be readily cognizant of.The Chamkombe Chief one Mr. Amara and The Migori cops decline taking statements from the reported sex pervert criminals decrying lack of substantial evidence due to lack of willing witnesses.In one instance I took The Chief to task asking him whether since I could not get successfully impregnated ,that should I wait for the physical tangible evidence of "sperm" to prove my case?There are only three of us in that house of the parents of my siblings with the rest of the siblings in Nairobi and Mombasa. Now interestingly enough the case has been inevitably brought forward to your offices because as The Migori cops operate their investigations,it becomes again inevitable not to mention Raila [the head of O.D.M.] and by extension Uhuru [ the current occupant of of The Highest office on land and suspect of crimes against humanity and atrocities at The ICC ] given that the the genesis of the reported latest condensed sub-cases accrues from the larger case-saga deriving from the Mombasa deportation for purposes of "removing that something /jinn" by a witch-doctor which leads to an accident the following day which has kept me waiting for the compensation proceeds to date of which as a result the assault [ causing disturbance as corrected by a Migori Judiciary staff ] and the threat to my life.The accident case : [3.]-was reported at The Migori Police Station ; O.B. 28 /14/06//2012 and later re-modified to ; O.B. 12 /17/9/2012.
