It goes without saying that the 'Bill of Rights' guarantees all and
sundry equal measures before the law & that since Man is born naked,
non oughtta be treated 'more-equal than any other' before the Majesty
of the Law constituted by universal-suffrage via social-conventions
democratically by respective jurisdictional constitutient electorate
citizenries globally wherever. Unless a republic's state descends into
lawlessness to evolve into a banana republic / pariah state of
factions & warloads. As such the ODPP's unprecedented onslaught on
corruption's to be applauded but till such a time we reach or achieve
the statuses of republics like South Korea or Sudan who prosecuted &
jailed their own presidents, Kenya remains a cartel-economy with 2
sets of laws one serving the mighty-&-untouchables while the other
exploits the laity. Thus Noordin should drop all charges & acquit the
culpable deffendants unless he got teeth to bite Raila for high
treason in the same measures. It's time corruption was made
unbailable.
