THE LAW : Praying for Legal Remedies to Address Social,Economic and Political Injustices.

Dear bloggers and subscribers I am fighting to bring back my life to stability and normalcy and as such has applied to institute legal proceedings against Raila for bearing the greatest responsibility for the arrest and consequent stagnation of the growth and development of my social,economic and political life culminating in the systematic continuity of a retrogressed constancy as envisaged below: I have written to the legal fraternity namely: Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, The Law Society of Kenya and The Judiciary. Dear Sir / Madam, I Erick Otieno Mango, a thirty-five year old career anthropologist and Freelance Blogger of phone numbers 0723 047 863 would like to institute court proceedings against the above mentioned for bearing the greatest responsibility for crimes of witchcraft, medical crimes, atrocities and crimes of Serial Ritual Murder Psychopathy impacting severely on my personality, character and humanity. This consequently resulted in the figment of imagination of the civil society on my public image to suffer grievous, irreparable damage rendering my person on Forced Ritual,Customary, Dependency and Stratification. In the same vein, I would like to seek leave by quoting his nature, character personality, mentality, psychology and behavior at both his public and private under-takings, directly or indirectly through the network of his subversive/covert secret society membership... to give reason showing that he is mentally ill/dis-eased citing medical principles and show cause why he is thus as a consequence of his mental deficiencies, he is not predisposed nor does he fit and/or does not qualify to hold or vie for any public office citing legal principles. I would like to implicitly and explicitly give substantial, irrefutable,credible evidence beyond reasonable doubt to show case that in so systematically,methodically and institutionally premeditating,orchestrating,choreographing, and organizing the aforementioned crimes, my rights and fundamental freedoms in the Bill of Rights have been violated, infringed and threatened and that given that the Bill of Rights is the Integral Part of Kenya's democratic state forming the framework for social, economic and cultural practices, then he has consequently propagated the neglect and non-recognition there-of of the protection of my inherent dignity as a person resulting in the arrest, stagnation and degradation of the growth and development of my social justice as well as the realization of my full human potential. I would like to beseech the legal fraternity for purposes of transparency and accountability for Corporate Legal Responsibility to objectively analyze, interrogate, investigate and deliberate intricately and veraciously the validity of my accusations of human rights, abuses of power, unfair treatment, manifest injustice, unlawful, oppressive official conduct and take steps to secure redress where these human rights and fundamental freedoms have been violated, infringed and threatened. I seek leave once again to beseech the impartiality, fairness, openness and independence of " the new-look " judiciary to people from all walks of life to access the processes and procedures of the corridors of justice regardless of their status, conscience, religion, thought, belief or opinion reflecting the spirit and letter of the new constitutional dispensation as highlighted in the recent country wide Judiciary Marches Week, to adduce and demonstrate credible threshold of burden of proof to discharge all of my accusations so as to have him made revoke the practice of all crimes accused there-for of as well as to be restrained from propagating exponentially or otherwise to the civil society at large the ritual engineering of their/his superstitious witchcraft wishes/dreams that I am a mental case who does not know what he is doing thus necessitating the justification of his forced abusive and exploitative mismanagement of my life albeit on my own behalf purportedly for my own good at their/his pleasure. I pray for retributive, correctional justice for all damages apparent for his crimes resulting in polarizing, stigmatizing, outlawing, barring, out-casting, criminalizing and ostracizing me.
