Dear Sir / Madam, I'm lost for words as an openly
bitter-cacophony of yelling Migori Police led by the valid-OCS quashed
any evidences I'd presented whatsover claimming I wasn't an
expert-photographer as concerns the photo-exhibits nor was my
consistent-testimony credible-enough to 'their ears' & that in any
case they required witnesses to ascertain allegations against any
accusations on deffendants. Surrounded by like 6 to 8 cops in one of
the offices the OCS had referred my case for investigations, there was
little room to reply to their 'turned-emotional' yelling queries not
able to answer to numerous queries at once. They took me to task
asking for a sample of the photos which when I quickly scrolled

'opening-statement' above I take the solemn occasion to drum a
rally-support 'call-for-action' for the same to civil-societies across
the globe as regards the incessant paramount political-legal abuse
endemic in Kenya & which has resulted in my delayed / denied justice
at 41yrs imposing me to a 'below the poverty line' & a 'passive-male'-

existence crippling my datings & eventual marriage in coercions to

transgender my identity to conform with Uhuru's and Raila's
prehistoric-descendant-cultures of 'married but gay' Bori / GLBT and
Lamu / Bondo-Usenge sexual-orientations respectively! Thus on
follow-ups of the case today with Migori OCS he confirmed the Asst.
Chief never called him as he'd instructed & hence asked me for his
mobile no.s [ 0725777305 ] which I gave him before he conversed with
him & then instructed me to get audience with the latter immediately
from there. I trekked the 6kms to his office but some clarifications
first. While waiting in stand for the OCS another slender male cop
briefly interrogated me starting with the 'conspiratorial,' "It's you
again" before ascertaining that he'd been privy to the prior
deliberations with the valid OCS when in one instance he'd queried
'whether I'd gone to the hospital' allegedly for medical-assessment
proof of any 'sexual contacts' as regards 'anal sex and/or semen'
thereof. I clarified that that instance had since been passed by events & narrated the
status-quo. 

                             Hence, I take the chance to categorically clarify that my
accusation-charges concern 'incestuous & homosexual harassments' with
regards to 'criminal sexual conducts and/or sexual-misconducts'
including cyclic, routine & neurotic 'unwanted / unwelcome but
unavoidable sexual-advances / conducts and misconducts' with
stiff-necked, primitive-strength impunity ; since the last time the
sex-pervert Turpin criminals got indicted and were on the verge of
being booked for arraignment before the law courts, I relented &
asked the cops to 'strongly reprimand them to desist from any future
repeats of their criminal sexual behaviors' creating a hostile,
violent, intimidating environment reinforced by ritual Luo
physiology-expertise peristalsis-triggering, energy-emaciating,
homosexual-selective-diet hunger-torture to coerce me into 'silent
conformity' from protesting which every time I did like recorded the

and/or weighing other personalities above the law & securing them
immunity from the same cause of their supposed interconnections with
influential and wealth families or political affiliations or economy
cartels like is clearly indicated in the attached photos linking
Uhuru's 'Brokeside Dairy Jacket' to his 'Paid Pawns'. They're all
Catholics like some of the Asst. Chief's Village-Elders who also
appear in the Turpins Village SACCO thus allaying further any fears of
what would've been an obvious systematic & widespread concealment
