Political Frustrations From the GoK-Ruto Administration As I Try To Update My Details on itax.kra.go.ke In Order To Get A Pin Certificate.


Dear Sir / Madam,
                             Below is a summary of the communication we have been holding with the online support staff of KRA regarding the above matter as titled. First, I'm in Migori and I don't understand why I'm required to visit the Mombasa south KRA office with the cited documents or send them to the online support staff and/or  write a letter addressed to the Commissioner of Domestic Taxes requesting for removal of the tax obligation and reversal of the erroneous penalties when it's their fault-and-error in the first place for  back-dating my PIN application / registration to 2010 when I jus' applied and registered for the same on 6th March 2023.
                           I'm an indigent courtesy of the GoK political-legal abuse and specifically your ICC-Indicted thief-and-murderer President Ruto who's been delaying my KShs 10m+ damages case for the last 10 years as demonstrated in the links below (

                       I propose you rectify my itax form from your end on your portal for me to submit it afresh for my smooth filling-in as it may take me forever to get the requisite cash to process the same.

Kindly write a letter addressed to the Commissioner of Domestic Taxes requesting for removal of the tax obligation and reversal of the erroneous penalties.

• A sworn affidavit declaring that you did not receive any business income for the period in which it was active on your PIN.

• Bank/Mpesa statements for the last 6 months period.
 
• A filled removal of erroneous tax obligation form downloadable under this link (https://kra.go.ke/images/publications/APPLICATION-FOR-REMOVAL-OF-TAX-OBLIGATIONS.pdf )

Please attach all the documents in a single document in PDF format that is, your national ID, your student ID or Certificate if you were in school at the time, or the p9/employment letter if you were employed.

Furthermore, itax.kra.go.ke says "VAT can't be before Income-Tax" yet I found mine pre-filled as 31st May 2010 and 4th June 2010 respectively. So can you rectify that or what's up?

Hello there,
itax.kra.go.ke says "Please select at least one Business activity or declare Rental Income under source of income section and declare estimated annual turnover amount to enable you register for VAT Obligation."... yet there's no 'business activity'-to select and I got no 'rental-income' under source of income.... nor 'estimated annual turnover amount'-category.
Please clarify.

Kindly note that your pin is A005592279G.  It is however not updated on iTax, kindly follow the link itax.kra.go.ke  to update your details on iTax so as to get your PIN certificate. You need to select respective taxpayer type and provide the details as required. Submit the information after providing all required details and once details are successfully updated you will receive an email with iTax password.
 
The PIN is registered for Income tax resident individual obligation which is filed annually on or before 30th June each year.  Please remember to file your income tax return on or before June 30th 2023 to avoid penalties.

Kindly note that non individual PIN application approval are done within 5 working days from the date of application. If it's urgently required, please send us a scanned copy of original certificate of incorporation, CR12 and acknowledgement receipt for verification to facilitate processing of your PIN application request.
