It's that simple. Raila must be brought to book to justify any more
investigations, prosecutions and judgments by The DPP. Otherwise, any
further charge-pretences by The DPP would be viewed in the context of
'prima facie' or premeditated, calculated, selective-justice
'witch-huntings' due to rooted political-corruption & legal-abuse by
The Jinn-Theocracy GoK Economy-Cartels that threatened ex-CJ Mutunga
into premature-resignation ; as well as bankrupted Matiba after almost
cabbaging him into limbo following a stroke in jail, then refusing him
any coin of his court-awarded reliefs! Indeed unless he charges Raila,
The DPP may as well 'close shop' for any further charges would mean
literally that Raila is 'special' and above 'The Law' & that hence
there are 2-sets of laws and/or constitutions for Kenyans, i.e. 1
ascribing to Raila's becks, whims & calls and the other to the rest of
Kenya. That's why we have ICC to check autocrats-&-despots and thanks
heavens, Evidence-Witholding Uhuru et co. have it coming...
