Prosecuting Raila ; Ex-Treason Convict and Serial Ritual Psychopath Murderer.

Hi everybody I would like to start by the eye-opener that there is one more peculiar thing about The University of Nairobi initially a Constituent-College of a University of England and This Raila extended family of Emi-Ema-Emanuel-Benjamin axis of evil.When comrade Ras Emanuel was posted and working in Migori we used to chill-out together many a nights as already illustrated with Abala The Shoe-Shiner above. I spent many nights in his rented-house [for his teacher-wife took care of the family and its Real-Estate biz at their up-country Kakamega ancestral lands home] and that's when one of those fine days he handed-me a novel by Nobel Laureate The Late Professor Wangari Maathai of The Green Belt Movement called ......... UNBOWED. This book is an eye-opener to the on-goings on and workings-out of/at The U.o.N.,Queens-College patronized by The Government of Kenya/The Establishment whereby the peculiar instance takes place when Prof. Wangari Maathai come back from I think what was her PhD studies abroad in German to come work at The U.o.N. in a post she'd applied for and even got interviewed for and not forgetting having gone through all the prerequisite protocol;imagine operating to and from abroad after being short-listed and appointed for the post.Imagine she undertook all the effort of transferring her life from overseas to settle in Nairobi in preparation for assuming her roles and duties at her new Post/Office at The U.o.N. only to be told [rd: X-FILES] something to the extent that there are no records showing any short-listings,appointment letters or any interviews whatsoever and that in fact somebody else had already been appointed to that Office. Now the interesting thing is that as I was on my 3rd/4th day of chopping the novel, Ras Emanuel shocked me to the core one of those fine days when he surprised me by asking me whether/if I knew how the novel would end/was going to end........but with a quizzical twinkle in the eye and a tone and a sense of "deja-vu" like he was telling me that my life had been overtaken by events and that I was under a kind of spotlight surveillance around the clock [rd: CLEAR JUBILEE-BUILDING SCRIPT/PROGRAM ME.]Prof. Wangari Maathai was reinstated later to more or less another post as the book illustrates but the cold-shoulder treatment was a shocker she or anybody else would have ever thought possible or expect.THIS SHOWCASES the extent of the ROT of ETHICS and MORALS in observing the disciplines of PROFESSIONALISM and PERFORMANCE as is exemplified in the CORRUPTION,lack of the ideals of TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY,cheating and the short-changing/deals culture that is deeply-rooted in The U.o.N. This set the marking for the start of the PERSECUTION of Prof. Wangari by The Est./Gov. of Kenya. who played politics with her at The Queens-College under their Hawk-Eye Patronage. In the book UNBOWED,The Late Prof. Wangari and Nobel Laureate went-on to have sour cold-shoulder relations with The Est./Gov. of Kenya.It is a sorrowful pity that once The Est./Gov. of Kenya EAR-MARKS one and TARGETS THEM putting them on a RED-HERRING/RED ALERT/SPOTLIGHT,surrounding them around the clock as the case may be,then be sure that many a cyclic-repeat patterns of JAIL/REMAND-CELL and POLITICAL-PERSECUTION will be due to follow,COVERTLY,SUBVERT or insultingly in the glare of The Civilized World and The Civil Society. the horrors that The Late Nobel Laureate Prof. Wangari was put through and made to undergo exceed the limits of Humanity as far as Human Rights and Crimes against Humanity goes for she was battered by the cops many a times and even had the cruelty of her plaited locks being pulled- off from her head.Prof. Wangari Maathai and Senator James Orengo were some of the politically active parliamentarians when it came to student activism and agitation at The U.o.N. while the persecution of Wangari started later after postgraduate studies,those of Senator James Orengo and Senator Omar Hassan were targeted and pursued during and as early as their student days as the did their undergraduates. I don't understand why The Late Nobel Laureate Prof. Wangari Maathai, a first in Kenya and these sides,South of The Sahara and North of The River Limpopo was dismissed even before relocation and transfer to Kenya;given the way overseas Universities are valued for their cutting-edge technology, expertise and know-how vis-a-vis the apparent vacuum of the same and the brain-drain back home that the same overseas countries are affecting in our under-developed / exploited third-world countries.Prof. Wangari was a pearl deserving accolades and a standing-ovation reception. In the arrests and detentions The Est./Gov. of Kenya treated her like aide-De-camp Muthoni.Was it because she she was an environmentalist at heart and that her Green Belt Movement fighting for the preservation and conservation of natural ecosystems was touching wrongly and brushing shoulder wrongly with The Est./Gov. of Kenya on the SENSITIVE/EXPLOSIVE issue of "LAND," one of the chief reasons of The Mau-Mau Jah- Rastafarian-ism Uprising which led to The Emergency and the consequent surrender/silver-platter short-changing deal? That the preservation and conservation of Ecosystems she was agitating and fighting for sat on hundreds-of-thousands if not millions-of-acres of land that The Est./Gov of Kenya, Kenya African Billy-Goat Animal Farm species turn-coats/ betrayers ,Absentee Landlords,land-grabbers High-way robbers, had vested interests-in.But that was far-fetched unless she came with a program me-at-hand in mind which somebody else knew before-hand and betrayed her.Otherwise after the "novel-peculiarity" why would comrade Ras Emanuel look-at-me with a STARTLED-UP FACE/LOOK every time I greeted her with like "Hi, how's the program-me doing/going so far?" We also discussed chemistry and the blah-blah of the periodic table as we reminisced the good-old-days' of comrades at The U.o.N. some months shortly before the demise of Karl Marx and the shocking news with which we received it,especially me given the similarities of the circumstances under which Karl Marx and I were taken-through.Later, logistics for elaborations.
