altogether reform the 'Statute of Limitations' especially as regards

] cause of the evident political-legal abuse by the ICC-Indicted
Illegitimate President Uhuru & co. outta vested interests seeing he's
incriminated & adversely mentioned in my precedent soft-copy blog
records. I move to quote precedent reforms / reviews by Michigan State
US, after a sports university doctor got convicted of 'widespread
sexual abuse' & wherefore the 'new law' allows victims sexually
assaulted as minors to file criminal charges until their 28th birthday
or up to 15 yrs after or until they realize the harm of the abuse. I
extended such time-limit statute technicalities obstructing or
hampering the course of justice to a practical reality allowing
plaintiffs to sue until age 55. I also move to quote no less an
entity than the 'Holy See' that from 2001 to 2010 examined sex abuse
cases involving 'bout 3000 fathers / priests, some of which dated back
50 yrs. Last but not least I quote our own Thatcher dear Martha Karua
embattled in a gubernatorial case & who's moved to the East African
Court from the Supreme Court of Kenya complaining the 'Statute of
Limitation' technicality wasn't of her fault & rather of the
defendants and/or the presiding courts.
Though I've registered an
E-Filing account with the Kenyan Judiciary, I can't e-file from my
phone cause its browser's unupgraded issuing compatibility
technicalities meaning it will wait till I afford the cyber cafes ;
then there is the filing fees. I intend to begin e-filing my cases in
a descending order as chronicled all the way back to 2002 graduation
& doctored my transcripts to align with the 'pass'-grade they'd
posthumously awarded me courtesy of Uhuru's then long serving Chair of
their family's UoN Academy given their interconnected vested
interests. They effectuated a defeatist / demotivated mindset as
recorded where I'd to investigate before reconciling with the truth
and seeking justice. Period. Each one case / trial after another.
