POLITICS:Our New 'Studded' Chief Justice: Incompatibility

Hi bloggers world wide, what's up? I would like to tell the world today about the strides the Kenya society has made which the old guard has to come to terms with. We have been having a new Chief Justice for quiet sometime now.The news about him is that he is 'studded' on the left ear lobe with what I think must be  diamond. Wow, will all of you who share in this new Kenyan dawning really stand-up?There was a lot of hue and cry from different quarters of the Kenya stake holders before he got appointed. You see we came-up with a new constitution which is just coming from promulgation and is yet to be fully implemented the billion-shilling cost not withstanding, although that singular cost has chipped in to the economic status, making hard times ahead for the middle and low-income earners. So with this new document in place did new procedures and criteria take effect with regard to the appointment to public offices of all qualifying / eligible applicants. Interested candidates had to under go stringent vetting on matters ethical and integral so that the ordinary citizen isn't duped any more like the long gone days of wanton rule.
Studded, the new CJ caught everybody's eyes and the query which lingered most on everybody's lips and subconscious was whether  the CJ was or had or for that matter had had gay tendencies. The informed, exposed, democratic and very civilized CJ went ahead to characteristically defend his attire basing his argument on culture and what have you. He was successfully appointed to the coveted seat sharing in the business of governance.Kenyans are a surprising lot. There was nothing astonishing about somebody wearing 'bling, bling' to the office for in no way does it affect the skills or qualifications that one puts to work at the work place. Indeed, in a new change of attitude to the judiciary the CJ,his deputy and other high ranking officials went ahead and did away wholly with all the other head and body regalia associated with such learned friends when it came to taking the oath of office. Kenyans are astonishing cause a big number of the population are die-hard fans of the U.K. premier league where their favorite football players aren't only studded in both ears but have the habit of regularly going to saloons for hair make-ups and body massages.Another huge fraction of the population are die-hard adherents of the famous Holly Wood Stars who are adorned in more puzzling complex ways which would make our CJ's stud look like nursery play.
Apparently, the CJ studied in The US Where hair plaiting, tattooing and  ear piercings are a regular feature of the society. Now, whoever these breed of double-standard Kenyans were trying to elude I do not know for even in their own backyard, The Masai and a whole lot of other ethnic groups have kept this practice of ear-piercing since time immemorial.I would like to reiterate to modern-day Kenyans that whatever one adorns has got nothing whatsoever to do with their mental faculties or capabilities of the same.
Well, last but not least as a rejoinder to my last posting about 'Arusha Vs. The Hague,'  I would like to mention that the position of the Judiciary regarding crimes of such nature is that the law should be let to take its due course without interferences tantamount to subjugating that very due course. This was echoed by The Judiciary when non other than this 'our new studded ' CJ ' rubber-stamped the stance taken by a high court judge Nicholas Ombija last year in November when he issued an arrest warrant against Sudan's President Al Bashir who is wanted by The ICC for crimes committed against humanity { Sudan Chapter }. This was against the executive which strongly objected cause it finds itself and its erstwhile cronies in the same boat as the incumbent Bashir.Use a criminal to hide a criminal. Later virtual s.
