State Terror : Murder Most Foul ; The Bolivarian Ambassador of The Venezuelian Republic to Kenya : Comparisons, Contrasts and Inferences.

My dear readers, I would like to state categorically that the systematic discrimination / stigmatization that I have been facing is organized along party lines spear-headed by non other than the sectarian wing of The Orange Democratic Movement { of The Prime Minister } of The coalition government of The Republic of Kenya. I am now going to entail a description of the sequence of the tactics used and then leave you virtual s to make your own verdicts.
I am obliged to begin with the organized crimes involving muggings, break-ins and robberies that I underwent in Mombasa in the supposedly security secure district along the Kenya Navy Barracks. I was then hired as a casual laborer in a grain bulk facility connected to the port of Mombasa and the majority of my fellow workmates were extreme adherents of the ODM party. The open systematic discrimination I witnessed there accrued from the fact that I was an open democratic supporter of the other half of the coalition; The Party of National Unity { PNU }. My trauma started when my work-shifts were changed to night time and by the time I finished work, crossed the ferry, boarded the public means of transport and alighted at The Navy Barracks Quarters, it was usually heading well past mid-night.
The first time the two thugs armed with large swords the type used to chop trees took me by surprise albeit military style cause their attack was mathematically precise and I didn't catch a whiff of the air as one of them jumped on to my neck from behind while the other went on to ransack my pockets as quickly as they could. I could tell the arms around my neck were trained arms not withstanding the bulk muscles as I struggled for air and at the same time to stop the damn ransack er but to no avail. I had money in my back pocket which they didn't bother to search all they wanted was my mobile phone { some petty sumsung model }and after I gave-in and slumped to the ground, they took-off as swiftly as they had come. My attempts to follow on their heels were thwarted by the menacing look of their sharp swords with which they threateningly swerved towards me as they made good their escape against the lime-light of the moon. Mind you, I was shouting at the top of my voice as I at first attempted to pursue them before I gave-up; after all life is worth much more than a mobile phone which can be replaced.

The second mugging came several weeks later as I came from work using the another route from the main road after alighting at the road side. I had now adopted the counter-strategy of looking at all the compass directions as I headed home every night from my work place. This time around the muggers were typically arrogant as the made their attack almost in the full beam light of the moon just after I thought I had  made good my surveillance and had just made a corner around the last compound fence and passing a late-night gathering which made think I was now secure. They pounced on me and a repeat of the mugging procedure with all the mathematical military preciseness. Again they took no money other than the mobile phone and their long knives prevented any attempt on my part to pursue them. The gathering only watched albeit with feigned surprise and nothing more.

The Bolivarian Ambassador of The Venezuelian Republic to Kenya was recently murdered via strangling in her private official residence in Runda Nairobi, one Mrs. Olga Francesca with her hands cuffed from behind and it reminded me of the precise mathematical exactness of what had happened to me. Hi bloggers, I forgot to mention that employment discrimination and discrimination at the work place are some of the subversive state terror acts I 've been subjected to as a victim of the above. This is to imply that once you have been black-listed as a victim of of state atrocities, there's nothing you can do it's tantamount to arrested development; infact the feeling is that of a fugitive running to save the life they live. You end-up living below the standards of poverty till it strikes you if you can guesse it that you are being tracked.If not careful you may loose your vocational and social skills as well given that you are subjected to long periods of unemployment.
The few times you may be allowed casual labor it's for the worst of working conditions / situations that you get considered and usually it's not connected to your trainning, it's just for survival. You live worse than a refugee.Before I got deported due to exercising the freedom of expression and trying to get back to my area of trainning and experience , the county ooficials arrested me and not knowing what to charge me with first preferred " loitering " at the county courts in Mombasa and finally chaged the charges to "community nuinsance" once they shipped me to prison where I spent five goddamn days.
after the five days they paid bail for me then told me their orders were to deport me to Migori and the case that was due for mention on the 25th of that month of June was aptly managed by simply tearing the case file and charge sheets in compliance with the magistrates chambers.
 Hey for now I have been placed on a physiotherapy programme at the district hospital while I working round the clock to set the wheels of justice in motion regarding the accident case. I underwent electronic physiotherapy by the use of an electronic mini muscle stimulator and arm clinical massage. Don't know how long it will last neither for the state nightmare of this subversion terror. Later virtuals.

Hi virtual s, I've squeezed another opportunity which is nowadays hard to come-by cause of the consistent state subversion terror battles that I've been experiencing for quiet a long time and have now climaxed .To set the ball rolling, I would begin but just to mention the most recent perpetration of this state atrocity following the after math of an accident I had courtesy of the county officials who had undertaken the task of deporting me  one of the wings of the state's coalition government if not both cause I don't succumb to the concept that the left hand could do something and the right hand fails to get an idea of what's going on.
It's been now a whole month and like a week since the accident and the impact on the right palm has spread all over the right hand and I've got to adapt to using it less more than the left hand; now I have had to solicit for funds to under-go an x-ray for proper diagnosis and treatment for immediately after the accident, a collision between a construction canter and a the motorbike we were aboard, the county officials engaged in a conspiracy to subvert the cause of justice by referring me to a quack-like private clinic while intentionally evading the better well equipped district hospital just so there would be no files or records of their torturous subversive activities.I have to keep my hand in a downward position for it can't stay up for long periods, the left arm supports the right arm in all it activities and the fevers are frequent got to use painkillers.
 I'll continue with other subversive torturous-terror acts of the state later due to logistics and this chapters will include: 1: solitary confinement,
            2: organized crimes including break-in robberies and muggings,
            3: arbitrary arrests and detentions,
            4: sexual crimes of the nature of mishandling s and hit tings of private parts geared to effect    psychological and mental torture,

Hi blogger s , I am back but with a limp. I feel like the late Ken Sarowiwa who was terminated in Nigeria years back due to free expression. THE LAW : Government Hypocricy, Sycophancy, Psychology and Mentality Vs. Marijuana .

Oh yes. Hi, how's everybody out there. Can't help feeling as if we are existing inside a dungeon down here in Africa , third world. You know there's a difference between merely existing and really living.Whilst existing you only survive on the barest of basics, trying to eke a living, each day facing the same shit counting the days and nights.Whereas in living one has purchasing power, choice and access. Then amidst all this emptiness and hopelessness envisaged / visited upon the ordinaries in their dungeon-third-world-life comes somebody with all the uninformed, unenlightened zeal and goes ahead to pull  a trigger or just kill one way or the other.........end somebody's life just because they were smoking some natural herb to try and forget the useless existence { for the large lay and / or peasant majority } visited upon them by the high and mighty? Well people smoke, self-inject, sniff, chew, drink , have sex for all the different reasons best known to them.
What I find shockingly unfathomable is the fact that homosexuals { gays and lesbians } can be allowed / let to have their cake and eat it.........in the church and outside it. Now what's the greater evil between smoking some natural herb and engaging in unnatural sexual acts?! You see ,what the 'holier than thou's' are in self denial about though they practice subconsciously is that sex is the most basic of needs once one reaches the mature / ripe age of sexual activity.....both for their physical as well as mental well being.That's why religious leaders aren't left behind in the urge, demand ans satisfaction of their sexual calls / needs.They sodomize the altar and madras young, immature and  helpless devotees only for the religious institutions to be plagued in sexual offenses scandals.
Well, it has been claimed by learned experts that whatsoever happens within the precincts of anybody's four wall isn't and shouldn't be subjected to the law, civil or criminal unless somebody complains.Now countries which haven't legalized same-sex marriages are on the pressure to do so from our brothers and sisters who have progressed, are democratic and very civilized.It's said within some quarters that people especially men are afraid of gays and homosexuality cause it's kinda contagious disease which may plague one should they associate with confessed orientates.Well however much the society buries its head in the sand, homosexuality, prostitution , abortion, marijuana, cocaine, heroine { i.e. drugs } are real in the community everywhere in the society. I think the best approach since governments are but servants of the electorate is that the governments should  legalize all these old trades like they already have in some countries, regulate the usage in a hygienic and  lawful manner, collect their accrued taxes and call it a day!
 This is because lots of people the world over walk, talk and even look like the homosexuals, prostitutes, abortionists, marijuana consumers they are. Later virtual s.

Sometimes around last week a twenty-eight year old man, going by the names Alexander Monsoon of British descent was killed under custody in the hands of the infamous Kenya police force at the south coast of the island Mombasa. The boy was nabbed for allegedly smoking a spliff of marijuana outside one of the popular night clubs with a friend. Period.  ........
Sometimes again in the year 2000 or 2001, another boy called Sila  was shot dead by police in a bush ambush at some woods along the play field of the University of Nairobi. Crime? They were smoking marijuana! A huge student body force poured in to the streets and engaged the notorious cops in battle for days on end till the University shut down while investigations were set to unravel the circumstances of the cold blood murder. Such investigations usually take as long as would get the public busy till such a time that other important eye-catching issues will pass that incident and the file be hurled in to the dustbin of record or history as the case may be.
Well,our government is very paranoid when it comes to dealing with marijuana, a small time substance compared to being stealth whenever they approach the big-time multimillion dollar drug-baron cocaine-heroine deals.Whenever they approach the marijuana substance users, consumers or growers, mayhem usually accompanies arbitrary arrests and detentions, unlawful torture, brutality not to mention the heavy fines and penalties that the archaic law that's never been touched by reforms allows. I would primarily like to mention that marijuana is largely used, consumed and grown in all parts of the republic by people of all genres, i.e. the lay as well as the career professionals in both the public and private sectors: from the legislatures to doctors to lawyers to engineers, teachers, members of the disciplined forces, civil servants, all have amongst them adept users, consumers who rely on the growers in the far flung sub-urban and country sides.In fact in the rural areas, it is considered the equivalent of a cigarette since it's use and consumption is immemorial.
Delving a deep further , I would like to note with special concern that marijuana is legal in the Netherlands and as is now common knowledge most European Countries and some states in The US have softened their laws regarding the use, consumption and growth of marijuana. Marijuana or hemp as preferably known in other countries has a lot of use ranging from industrial to medical. It produces the best paper , I hear favorable for making paper money and still it's seed are used for the production of oil. It's an important derivative for the manufacture of euthanasia as well as most tablets,syrups or capsules found in drug stores.
Given the unwarranted torturous, brutal, libelous approach tantamount to that unleashed to murder, terrorism or armed robbery criminals;it is highly hypocritical because the more serious drug offenders { cocaine / heroine}go Scot free and in the worst sycophant circumstances get taken care-of by the very government purportedly harassing, torturing and killing the other sublime users / consumers of some harmless weed called marijuana. It's along these unfounded double standards and bureaucratic mentality that the government saw it fit to distribute up to 80,000 free needles and syringes to curb the spread of  HIV / AIDS among the users of inject able narcotic drugs { rd: heroine }. Government reports say there are 26,000 heroine injectors in Mombasa followed by 20,000 in Nairobi. They have not estimated the numbers in the other major towns of which I think the difference is countered for in the remaining of the 80,000. The men of the cloth claim the govt, should instead build more rehab centers for addicts as a measure to curb more sharing of the needles and syringes and discourage any more youths to engage in narcotic drugs as a means of 'getting high.' Well, talk about getting high. Everybody gets their kicks in different ways . Some take alcohol, some chew khat { illegal in neighboring Tanzania where it attracts heavy sentences and penalties- the same khat is very legal in Kenya where  it's widely chewed by people of all genre. }, some take prescription drugs, some take lots of tea / coffee, some engage in sex, homo and or hetero-sexual ........name it. Now, almighty god I would like to know who is eschewed with this mighty task of deciding / forbidding who get to get their kicks by using and / or consuming what . Later virtual s, logistics.

POLITICS : Superstition.

Yeh my friend , as I was saying, regarding the place of belief systems in this second millennium, twenty first century; a large part of our society { rd: Africa third world countries }have their life styles defined by a subconscious deeply entrenched in the mysterious power of witchcraft / magic. What has been shelved by others in the bins of history is still very much alive with us .To elaborate more,take the fathomable example of another category of these witches / wizards: the the beholders of the evil eye.This sector specializes on unleashing / perpetrating their evil wishes just by casting their eyes on the targeted victim. It's usually  directed to breast-feeding babies and feeding adults / kids  where by all that is ingested and digested turns-out rotting once it lands in the pot-belly of the victim; the victim then consequently falls ill moments after and may be left to die that very day unless an expert whistle-blower diagnoses the cause from the symptoms and advices on the customary prescriptions involving the evil-eyed culprit sharing the same food / drink from one plate or cup with the victim to neutralize and reverse the death sentence. I wonder what satisfaction they get from such murders when they get away with it.
Anther instance is exemplified by the night-runners whereby some have in their custody the arm of a dead person with which should they succeed to slap one with, they go instantly dumb........on the spot never to speak again.There is also the instance whereby the witch will place some evil concoction on some 'wanted victim's' path knowing pretty well their daily routines; once the victim  crosses this paraphernalia they are on death row, doomed to die under mysterious circumstances or illnesses. The again we have those witches who have the habit of making people sleep-walk and go on ahead to dig their farms in the dead of the night before retiring once again to their beds { before the cocks crow };only to wake-up the next day muddied allover their legs and feeling exceptionally dead -tired without knowing why.Again these same kind of witch has the mysterious powers to make it rain only in their farm-plots leaving all the other surrounding farms as sunny-dry as  drought-stricken arid lands to the bewilderment of the neighborhood. Alas, know then my dear friend that with this weird species of witches and wizards, they can only marry amongst themselves for they can not procreate with mere human beings who don't posses these powers. So should you happen to fall in love with a witch or a wizard as the case may be , they will have to secretly induct you in to the practices of this secret-society, either formerly under hypnosis without your permission { for in such a case it's a 'dear-love' situation }or as a hobby-play-not-so-serious-a-thing, with your permission. There is no turning back once you are in, it's that addictive and that deadly serious! Then , for the jinni-keepers, the family usually sacrifices one of their offspring who is turned in to a kind of a zombie / zoo-zoo.......they look like they have the down's syndrome what with saliva slimming down their mouths and dim-wits. They are kept for the rest of their lives ........i.e. if they are allowed a long life span. In most case , they die young so as not to raise any eye-brows. They are called the sin-eaters, the evil-warders,  those who pave the way for the good, riches and success of the family.
Hence is the continent stuck in the dark ages for science is disregarded and not fully exploited only to the extent of the basic infrastructures: a road here, a school there, a hospital, shopping center hundreds of miles apart. A large fraction of the political leaders in government are number one devotees of witchcraft especially come election. The Sherman trade advertisements for all and sundry are in every corner square-inch of the towns and cities. The politicians-devotees need human sacrifices for them to succeed in securing their statuses in government.Just wait and see for yourselves, count the number of unwarranted mysterious deaths and violence s then keep me in the know.
