So I put on my sneakers and they hired a taxi whereby we traveled overnight to Mathare Mental Hosp. Nairobi arriving at around 0400hrs. They processed the registration and by the time we were going to the consultations / admissions Felix the other half brother who lives in Nairobi was there to take over as the assigned "Next of KIN"-Role over as the cops finally bid goodbye.
