31st March 2025 hrs: Got some reprieve thanks to well-wishers and had to go to the hosp.; cause I couldn't tell whether it was the weather but I felt the fever debilitatingly trying to rise though on reaching the hosp. the payment-system had broken down due to electric fluctuations and after waiting btw 30-60 min had to quit since I think I'm anyway on the path to recovery subject to how tonight and morrow will appear. Had initially tried to phone a staff or two to inquire on the lab-diagnosis charges but either the numbers were not available and/or my phone's battery died though the hosp. receptionist finally clarified when I inquired there that lab charges depend on the doctor's recommendation and you jus' can't have a lab-diagnosis test without consulting the doctor. I really would've liked to know what the infection entailed, whether 'twas malaria or pneumonia like the receptionist suggested or 'twas due to the meat poisoning. Thus waiting to see how tomorrow goes. [30th March 2025 1858hrs: Could be facing probable death as Mig. Ref. Hosp. dejected me for want of SHA premiums & I couldn't afford the cash charges. Could a well-wisher pay me the consultation & lab diagnosis fees? The rains cut-off the internet at the cybercafé where the cold winds beat me again proper jus' as I'd begun to recover. Lost appetite & haven't eaten nothing since yesterday's brunch 'cept for a "mandazi" I took with water. And another thing's the incessant hiccups on the third day now.
30th March 2025 1612hrs: Went to Mig. County Ref. Hosp. around 1530 hrs, was directed to SHA who checked my status to be inactive and back to reception to deal in cash requiring 200/- consultation fees pending lab-diagnosis which would be in the range of 400-800-1000/- I couldn't afford so literally in other words the thief-Ruto antagonists were saying I could jus' go die by the roadside. I pray well-wishers for something small to lab-diagnosis nail the infection and get treatment.[1012hrs: Summoning energies in bed to go to the hosp., bet may make it in the afternoon; fever debilitating / rising slowly & remaining with only a pair of "Kaluma Strong;" lost my appetite yesterday night. S'thing small will go a long way pls. 0913hrs: Had to make some emergency changes / adjustments to my now virtually nonexistent captive-sex-life that the filthy, quickie-prostitute widow spider witch's (substantiated) been killing in cahoots with married-but-gay Uhuru, his evil-eyed loo-bat J.M. & their Msa-JK fire-armed witchdr. Omar on the ground. Thus I take this opportunity to alert all the interested sexually-active girls / women who either don't wanna go out in the open or can't afford a decent lodging (for me it'll have to wait till I get paid my damages and move-in to the affordable housing project in Nairobi and/or when I'll be renting a cabin in Migori while clearing pending cases) that whenever they may feel like they wanna pop-in to my quarters for either a shot or two in quick succession, or a one-night-marathoner, they should ensure the estranged widow-spider witch & her sat-on gay-dodo pimp aren't in the front-entrance vicinity to strike a conversation on wanting to see me. The swine has a neurotic habit of always wanting to placate its filthy, unwashed, maggot-ridden vagina btw my dates & I thinking I should be an idiot like its maids-sex-fed dodo. 29th March 2025 1743hrs: May have to go to the hosp. morrow the fever's now defying the tabs. [0955hrs: Almost froze to death yesternight with rising fever temperatures you would think 'twas an oven dissipating heat, not to mention the coughs, sneezing & body pains; the "Mara Moja" tabs don't measure with "Kaluma Strong" I'd run outta stock till today morn. when I restocked five pairs. Registered with SHA but haven't been able to pay any premiums (what with Ruto-GoK imposed pauperism outta arrested development of my BRS biz) so I don't know what healthcare-service I'll get should symptoms persist & I be obliged to visit Migori County Ref. Hosp. next Monday?; or whether I'll be ejected like the many other emergency cases incl. expectant women who've had to give birth by the roadside outside hosp. precincts if they don't die & survive the process. Alternatively, s'thing small will go a long way pls to check-out nearby private health premises (there are these Equity Healthcare Providers sprouting up).
28th March 2025 1528hrs: Had to take another pair of Kaluma tabs around 1133 hrs as the fever-&-pains were rising alarmingly fast before I lay down to rest till now. By the way, had to puzzle-wonder if meat could be contaminated to cause the mentioned symptoms cause last time I tasted a new "mshakiki"-biz entrant in the hood at a stick I felt tell-tale signs of the body pains & had to with precaution take a pill of prednisolone; yesternight I took three sticks & now it's full-blown symptoms though I attributed it to the rain-&-cold! Studying the "new meat's "-biz cause I know Penis Envy (rd. Sexology) married-but-gay Uhuru, his evil-eyed loo bat J.M. & Msa JK fire-armed witchdr. Omar are witch-hunting me on the ground. Waiting to restock Kaluma tabs. [1013hrs: Went down with a strong fever & body / joint-aches yesternight whereby I'd to take two "Kaluma mara-moja" tabs. Woke-up feeling better with the fever receding but too fatigued with the body pains won't be able to go to town today. Bet it's the rains & cold.
18th March 2025 1402hrs: Estranged dying-of-jealous witches set grounds for sanctioned food poisoning and/or regurgled remnants meal rations as if I'd asked to come to their abode. After preliminary snacks the gay-pimp went off and came back around 1235hrs then went to lie on the bed whenst thereafter, the quickie-prostitute (substantiated) tabled through their house-help girls a bowl of rice-for-one which 'cept for being mildly warm was suspiciously out-of-norm so I partook of the lumped-ups and left the freckles before going for "chapo" / beans @ at 10/- for which I saved 80% beans for in-eventual maggots-cockroaches-snail-shells or soil-mixed supper of the widow-spider witch (all substantiated). NB: Then the quickie-prostitute's restarted mark-timing me at the front door of the main hse exploiting incestuous-sexual-brushups like's become the on-&-off witchcraft norm. 1145hrs: Starving like hell with the estranged witches having snacked intending I find the beans / chapati @ at 10/- finished. [0625hrs: Skipped buying beans 10/- yesterday for supper in-eventualities & had to eat soiled dagaa / omena of the rude, filthy, quickie-prostitute, widow-spider witch (substantiated). Didn't touch their meat last two days like I vowed I wouldn't touch their meat at least for the next two months meaning till around early May for fear of touching the diseased swollen-stomach dead sheep carcass the hyena-scavengers slaughtered & roasted / sun-dried to preserve for long term feasting. Now my budget is reduced to btw 10-20/- daily for beans and/or a chapati to supplement brunch & take care of any supper filthy / health-hazard in-eventualities. Otherwise, 24/7-indoors-zombie-occultism / "Umo Chieng' " has kicked-off. And my prospective honeyez are highly encouraged to digitally call me anytime 24/7 in spite of the trousered-or-skirted feral-savages apes' intimidation.
