                              Following advise by the ODPP to follow-up the above referenced matter ( REF: ODPP/HQ/CAM/1/001 ...on Complaint Against OCS Migori Police Station ) with the IAU as is indicated in the PDF-attachment correspondence referring to the letter dated 17th November 2023 which's the one highlighted below titled

                        [ (13.):-That pursuant to Section 2,3,4(1)(2)(3)(5),5(1) of CAP 78 on 'Witness Summons (Reciprocal Enforcement)' as read together with Sections 64,65(1)(5),69,70 of the Evidence Act CAP 80 ; and as read together with Sections 53(3 (3A),4(d),6,6(A),6(B) and 77 of the Advocates Act CAP 16 on the Advocates Complaints Commission requiring persons to assist it on its duties and Sections 47(1)(2)(3)(a)(b) Article 47 on Fair Administrative Action the Appellate-Advocates Complaints Commission subpoena Penninah Ngondi Wawira, Prosecution Counsel in the ODPP  and thus compel her to produce the documentary evidences detailing the signatures, rubber-stamps, dates and all, of the unscrupulous defendants Owade & Co. Advocates

1. Provide legal aid services to indigent, marginalized, and vulnerable persons; 
2. Establish a legal aid scheme to assist the indigent to access legal aid;
3. undertake and promote research in legal aid, and access to justice with special reference to the need for legal aid services among indigent persons and marginalized groups;
4.  administer and manage the Legal Aid Fund; and
5.  perform such other functions as may be assigned to it under this Act or any other written law

                     Find attached the hard-copy photocopies of the documents concerning the Complaints Against Migori Police Station OCS including  [ I'm on my way to the Post Office. NB: I'll clarify any further details you may need and would appreciate if your impeccable office exhausted any felonies I may have omitted ] :                                                                                                                          

[1.]- The Police Accident P3 Medical Examination Report for the Kihara-Construction accident case of OB12/17/9/202  and OB 28/14/6/2012. This is the copy whose original the OCS tore for the ulterior-motive conspiracy to obstruct and defeat justice ; which conjunctively with Owade Advocates who refused to hand-over the Akidiva Memorial Hospital Medical Examination Report demanding a fee of KShs 3000 first after tearing the contract-form yet he wanted me to sign an affidavit that they'd handed me all the contents of the aforesaid case file, thus elaborates the conspiracy. The same Owade Advocates who I also prefer charges of breach of contract and of client confidentiality, corruption, incompetence, negligence and  spoliation of evidence cause they refused to hand-over the accident X-Ray claiming arrogantly falsely that they'd lost it!

[2.]- The fully-filled Kenya Police Road Accident Abstract Form of Amaco Insurance Policy No.

        AM5/080/0712121/20 from 18/5/2012 to 17/5/2013 for vehicle registration No. KAS 535K and

        signed on the 27/4/2016 ; and

[3.]- The half-filled Kenya Police Road Accident Abstract Form signed by the Traffic Commandant on

           18/9/12 and Owade Advocates on 20/9/2012 as shown.
