Dear Sir / Madam,              I got tired of holding my breath every

time you come out to go to the shops below or to town. The narrow

walking path that connects those living up the slope to the small

Chamkombe trading center below's has become unnecessarily wet and

muddied by the washrooms waste-water spilling from the KPLC Kisii's

residential house as demonstrated in the attached photos-collage. He's

been covering the sewage with soil for sometime now though it's

loosing effect as the smelly-stink odour now permeates the overused

soil and communicable water-borne diseases risk increases should it

rain. It's been months and I thought he would construct an underground

sewage-system to no avail so I surfed the web and decided to contact

concerned authorities to effectuate discipline in sewage disposal as

well as arrest corruption in housing constructions of dysfunctional

sewer-systems. The same's been emailed to: migoricountygov@gmail.com &
