Agenda in the run-up to 2022 elections vis-à-vis the Mt. Kenya factor
v. who holds sway? The incumbent Uhuru, the Deep-State or the
electorate?

Jus' heard over the 2100hrs news Uhuru tugging the audience at ANC
leader's Mudavadi's mom funeral with rhetoric that Kenya can't jus' be
let to be ruled by 2 tribes only; which's been the case since
independence 1963 as was also observed by another politician in Kisii
last week at one of their Governor's burial. Hayati J.K., a Gikuyu
went for it from 1963-1978, i.e. 15yrs before Man Toro, a Kalenjin
took over for 24yrs from 1978-2002; then followed by Kibaki for the
new constitutional dispensation order of two 5yr-terms for 10yrs up to
2012 before the incumbent, ICC-Indicted Uhuru succeeded him ending
2022, both of whom are Kikuyus . Thus for 57yrs so far Kenya's been
ruled by 3 Kikuyus for a total sum of 33yrs & a Kalenjin for 24yrs.
Uhuru's departure from the Mt. Kenya politicians-at-large
expectation's the bone-of-contention in Jubilee which's seen it split
into UDA spearheaded by his DP Ruto. How he'll win his constituents to
vote Raila in 2022 is the headache unless the baton's always been
passed.
