Yer, they bankrupted and pushed him to a wheel chair short of
cabbaging him killing his political life in limbo. Uhuru the
Contagion-Animist Witch Assassin, 1st among the criminals to shed
crocodile tears at the pews even threatened The Supreme Court / CJ
almost ending-up assassinating The Dep. CJ the way they did a certain
MP along Kenyatta Avenue at night,following the ruling that annulled
his elections. Jubilee and Nasa went further to trade bickerings 'bout
The Judiciary being biased due to political affiliations,tribalism
and/or persuasions at one time or the other. The Judiciary which has
always been pocketed by the cartels anyway which made ex-CJ Mutunga
resign prematurely after his life was also laid on the line literally
being threatened and warned 'bout who call the shorts in the 3-tier
govt. system. The Rastaman aptly quote it 'Babylon System is A
Vampire' feeding-off human blood-and-flesh, by iron,torture and
endless sadistic persecution.It's them, their trademark persecution is
written all over.

Oh yes,pardon the mix-up, nemesis was a typing error I meant
namesake, more-or-less. Yer, like I was saying Matiba obviously
would've lived longer 'cept for the stroke The GoK suffered him in
jail and the psychotherapy did little to change the damage. You could
tell the effects from the way he twitched talking afterwards. This was
a man who'd beat the 3rd President Emilio and chances were he was
definately poised to take over after Moi. Ironically, there seems to
be s'thing 'bout Emilio too as depicted when he spoke at the late
Nyeri Governor's funeral. We know Mama Lucy was temperamental but I
don't know what's taken over Emilio and he seems isolated like as they
eulogised Matiba in church. I wonder if 2nd Lady Wamboi need chip in.
Ironically, Madiba and Mbeki have payed tributes fallen freedom
fighter heroes though they wouldn't let Madiba see Gen. Kimathi's

Hi all and sundry. Matiba's demise jus' can't pass like that without
mention and acrimony esp. by other people who've or still are
undergoing similar experiences he underwent at the epitome of his life
and political-career. The tag I best remember him with { RIP } is
'Dawa Ya Katiba Ni Matiba'. I heard in the news he died without seeing
a penny of the 1.9b damages awarded to him for illegal-detention where
he suffered a stroke courtesy of the govt. of the day leading to brain
haemorrage and of which the guilty GoK denied him urgent,crucial med.
attention leading to the health-deteroriation he never fully
recovered from sidelining him from the mainstream political arena ; a
feat smirking of obvious GoK premeditated,organized stroke-crime for
the end-results seeing he was a political-threat to many would be
wonnabies like Uhuru now shedding crocodile tears and who was still
napping behind his mother's skirt till he got installed as
heir-apparent by the political-giraffe.There's no denying he could've
lived..
